Almighty God and Creator,
We thank you for your life-giving gifts of life on the land.
We praise you for the good earth that we steward.
We honor you for your creation of wildlife, animals and livestock, plants and crops, fields and meadows, mountains and valleys, forests and plains, and the elements of weather that we partner with each day.
We ask for the guidance of your Holy Spirit in helping us care gently for that earth you have created.
Help us be kind, selfless, generous, pious, loving, neighborly, honorable and dignified in your sight.
Help us follow the example of the Holy Farm Family of St. Isidore, the peasant farmer of Madrid, and his loving farm wife, St. Maria.
Accept willingly our prayerful offerings of sacrifice, anxiety, uncertainty and fear.
Accept willingly our vows of love for each other as a family living on your land and caring for your creation.
Bless us, faithful Good Shepherd, and keep us always within the warm embrace of your love and kindness. Amen.
St. Isidore and St. Maria, pray for us.
